Individual Therapy

Feeling safe and respected with your therapist is key to creating positive change and growth. We utilize a customized approach with each individual. Since everyone is different, there cannot be a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. We use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and Dialectical Behavior Therapy interventions. We work from a strengths-based perspective to find the best parts of you and/or your family and we work to build your strengths so you can fly on your own again.

Parent Support

We work with parents to support them in getting their child to access counseling or to work toward adjusting a parenting style when/if needed to support a child who may be struggling with issues which have impacted the family.

Family Therapy

We offer family therapy to address a number of issues which may include: communication patterns between family members, conflicts between siblings, building strength and resiliency in the family system following a divorce, adjusting to a major change which has impacted the family (ie. move to a new home/area), or coping with a significant medical issue or death within the family system.

In-Person and Telehealth Services

While some prefer to have therapy session in-person, others prefer telehealth options for convenience. Both modes have been proven to be an effective way to receive therapy. Telehealth sessions are HIPAA compliant and can be conducted for clients located anywhere in California.
